Beer Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cream Cheese softened (Two 8 oz. Packages )
- 1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix 1oz.
- ¾ Cup Beer
- ¾ Cup Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Green Onions if desired for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together cream cheese and seasoning mix, beating until well combined and smooth.
- Turn mixer to low and slowly add the beer (it will foam up).
- Add cheese and mix just until combined.
- Garnish with additional shredded cheese, chopped green onions, or both.
- Refrigerate before serving to combine flavors.
- Serve with pretzels or cut up vegetables.
Notes
If using light cream cheese, might need to reduce beer amount to ½ cup. I use Miller Lite beer.
