Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Cream Cheese softened (Two 8 oz. Packages )
  • 1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix 1oz.
  • ¾ Cup Beer
  • ¾ Cup Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Green Onions if desired for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix together cream cheese and seasoning mix, beating until well combined and smooth.
  • Turn mixer to low and slowly add the beer (it will foam up).
  • Add cheese and mix just until combined.
  • Garnish with additional shredded cheese, chopped green onions, or both.
  • Refrigerate before serving to combine flavors.
  • Serve with pretzels or cut up vegetables.

Notes

If using light cream cheese, might need to reduce beer amount to ½ cup. I use Miller Lite beer.
