Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix

Beer

Cup
Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Green Onions
if desired for garnish
Instructions
Mix together cream cheese and seasoning mix, beating until well combined and smooth.
Turn mixer to low and slowly add the beer (it will foam up).
Add cheese and mix just until combined.
Garnish with additional shredded cheese, chopped green onions, or both.
Refrigerate before serving to combine flavors.
Serve with pretzels or cut up vegetables.
Notes
If using light cream cheese, might need to reduce beer amount to ½ cup. I use Miller Lite beer.
