In a 4 qt. Saucepan; combine water, butter, rice mix and 1 can of Rotel.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer over low heat for 25 min. or until all water is absorbed.
While rice is cooking, in a large fry pan over med. high heat brown ground beef, drain.
Add back into fry pan.
When rice is done, remove from heat, let stand for 5 min. Fluff.
Stir rice into ground beef; add 1 can of tomato sauce, mix well.
Place into a casserole pan and add cheese to top.
Bake At 350* for 20 min. or until thoroughly heated.
*you Can also stir cheese into mix. And stuff peppers with it.
