Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp hot water or brewed tea

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper.
  • Blend in hot water or tea.
  • Add chicken; toss to coat.
  • Thread onto skewers (kebobs).
  • Grill until cooked through.
  • Serve with rice noodles and cucumber salad
