boneless chicken breasts
cut into 1" cubes

peanut butter

soy sauce

tbsp
white vinegar

tsp
lime juice

cloves
garlic
1/2
tsp
sesame oil
1/4
red pepper flakes

tbsp
hot water or brewed tea
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper.
Blend in hot water or tea.
Add chicken; toss to coat.
Thread onto skewers (kebobs).
Grill until cooked through.
Serve with rice noodles and
cucumber salad
