Ingredients

  • 3-5 cloves garlic pressed or minced
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp pasta sprinkle italian seasoning
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  • Start your pasta. You can make the sauce while the pasta is cooking.
  • Add garlic, butter, and oil to sauce pan. Slowly roast garlic over low-med to med heat; stirring constantly.
  • When garlic is close to done, add flour; stirring constantly.
  • Add milk and cream cheese; stirring constantly.
  • When cream cheese is almost done melting, add parmesan; stirring constantly.
  • Add spices; stirring constantly.
  • Continue stirring constantly until ready to use.
