Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine

This is a quick and easy alfredo-like pasta made with canned soup.

Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 chicken breast cut into thin strips, cooked
  • 3 cups fettuccine cooked
  • 1 roma tomato chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Melt butter in skillet; add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
  • Stir in soup, milk, and cheese; heat to boiling.
  • add cooked chicken and toss with fettuccine.
  • Garnish with tomatoes (optional).
