This is a quick and easy alfredo-like pasta made with canned soup.
Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
 - 1 clove garlic minced
 - 1 can cream of broccoli soup
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
 - 1 chicken breast cut into thin strips, cooked
 - 3 cups fettuccine cooked
 - 1 roma tomato chopped (optional)
 
Instructions
- Melt butter in skillet; add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
 - Stir in soup, milk, and cheese; heat to boiling.
 - add cooked chicken and toss with fettuccine.
 - Garnish with tomatoes (optional).
