Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Ingredients
Potatoes
- 2 lbs hash browns defrosted
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cup grated sharp cheese Colby or cheddar
Topping
- 2 cup crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
Potatoes
- Mix casserole ingredients and put in a 9"x13" pan.
Topping
- Melt butter and add corn flakes to mix.
Together
- Sprinkle topping over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
