Instructions
In small bowl, mix warm milk and yeast to bloom.
Add flour, salt, and sugar to large mixing bowl; mix dry ingredients.
Add yeast/milk mixture to dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and yolk to the large mixing bowl; mix for a couple minutes.
Add softened butter; mix for a couple more minutes .
Place dough in large greased bowl to proof. Allow to double in size.
Punch down the dough.
Portion into 100 gram balls.
Place dough balls on pan; allow to proof for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°
Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 375° for 16-20 minutes
