Ingredients

Cheese Stuffing

  • 2 each eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp pasta sprinkle Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 30 oz ricotta cheese we like a little less
  • 14 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Other

  • 12 oz Jumbo Shells
  • 24 oz pasta sauce

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Beat eggs with seasonings in small bowl.
  • In medium bowl, stir together cheeses and egg mixture.
  • In 15x10-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce.
  • Fill each cooked shell with about 1-1/2 level tablespoons cheese mixture; place shells open side up and close together in pan.
  • Spread remaining sauce over shells; sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • Cover with foil; bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly (doubling recipe or more may require increased baking time).
