Name: Gail’s Favorite Potato Salad
Ingredients: 3-5 lbs red potatoes (cooked and chopped ( do not over cook potatoes )); 1/2 cup red onions (finely chopped); 1 cup corn; 1 cup peas; 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved); 4 stalks celery (finely chopped); 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2-1 tsp salt; fresh ground pepper; fresh ground red pepper; fresh dill (chopped); fresh chives (chopped); 3 cups mayo; 1 cup sour cream
