Sous Vide Cheesecake
Instructions
PREP WATER BATH:
- Prep water bath to 174°f
CRUST:
- Mix the ingredients to your favorite crust.
- Use measuring spoon or ice cream scoop for consistency to scoop and pat into the bottom of 8oz (1/2 pint) mason jars.
CHEESECAKE:
- Use your favorite cheesecake recipe to create the filling.
- Fill mason jars with filling, leaving roughly a 1/2 inch room at the top for fruit and other toppings later.
- Put lids on, and place in water bath at 174°f for 90 minutes.
- Remove some water so you can add cold water and ice to stop the cooking process.
