Instructions

PREP WATER BATH:

  • Prep water bath to 174°f

CRUST:

  • Mix the ingredients to your favorite crust.
  • Use measuring spoon or ice cream scoop for consistency to scoop and pat into the bottom of 8oz (1/2 pint) mason jars.

CHEESECAKE:

  • Use your favorite cheesecake recipe to create the filling.
  • Fill mason jars with filling, leaving roughly a 1/2 inch room at the top for fruit and other toppings later.
  • Put lids on, and place in water bath at 174°f for 90 minutes.
  • Remove some water so you can add cold water and ice to stop the cooking process.
